Update 3

Hello! I'm back after a long break. I've decided that I'm going to work on the game for a couple more days and then upload what I currently have. I haven't finished a full day, but I think I've got enough gameplay for at least 15 minutes. Also, the backgrounds are a couple of months old. I'll remake them at some point. And the character art may also be old, depending on if I finish the new art in time. That's pretty much all I have to say, I'll be lurking for the next couple of days, so I'll try and answer all your questions!
